Bandito Taqueria: A Mini-Doc for the Art of Documentary One-Day Doc Contest

Project Overview

We set out to create a one-day documentary inspired by Netflix’s Chef’s Table and enter it into a competition. We approached Bandito Taqueria, and they kindly agreed to participate.

One-Day Doc Rules

8-minute maximum film length
One pickup shoot allowed after the initial edit is completed
Up to one month for editing from start to finish within the competition timeline

Results

In this two-hour spec project, we captured the heart of Bandito Taqueria, a local spot we genuinely love for their incredible food and deep commitment to the community.
